PM Area Manager - Worth Township

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am

Pay Rates

• 33.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for PM Area Manager

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday from 4:00 PM–12:30 AM on a consistent basis.
• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment while managing productivity, attendance, and performance.
• Comfortable coaching employees, resolving workplace issues, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures.
• Specifically seeking a long-term PM/evening shift opportunity.

Role for PM Area Manager

• Oversee daily warehouse and operational activities during the PM shift.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and workflow throughout the shift.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
• Resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
