Apartment Maintenance Details:

• Temporary position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Clean and prepare vacated apartments for new tenants.
• Preform minor repairs, including basic carpentry, painting, and patchwork.
• Remove trash, debris, and unwanted materials from units and common areas.
• Assist with apartment make-ready projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Apartment Maintenance Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, general labor, property maintenance, or apartment turnover required.
• Ability to perform basic apartment repairs (drywall, flooring, tile, etc...).
• Experience with cleaning and preparing vacant apartments.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., carry, and move materials.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
